IWC Ingenieur SL Ref.3521-004 White dial Jaeger-LeCoultre movement model
The popular IWC model "Ingenieur" was produced from 1989 to 1992. Ref.352 1-004 " This is a model equipped with a Jaeger-LeCoultre movement.
First of all, Injunior is a German word. The name comes from "Ingenieur" and, as the name suggests, is a model aimed at engineers.
Water resistance is 120m and magnetic resistance is The functionality is also excellent, with 40,000 A/m.
The distinctive feature of this Ingenieur is that it is equipped with a movement called Cal. 887, which is based on Jaeger-LeCoultre's Cal. 889 and converted by IWC.
As IWC has its own quality standards department, their watches often do not receive external precision testing as "Chronometer" certification. However, as this movement is based on Jaeger-LeCoultre, it has been certified and is marked "OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED CHRONOMETER."
As you can see from the movement, it is marked "PLATINUM".
Platinum was used to increase the rotor's density, but perhaps because it was not profitable, the production period was actually quite short at just three years, and this is the only model equipped with a Jaeger-LeCoultre movement.
The 34mm diameter, which is rarely seen these days, is elegant and will make your wrist shine beautifully.
The photo shows me wearing it, with a wrist circumference of 17cm.
